The Configuration of Mail and News Preferences, continued
Now click on the Identity tab at the top of the window.
A new batch of settings are brought to the front. This is where you will customize the
mail you send to have your name and email address in the header.
Fields should be filled as follows:

- Your Name:
- Your full, real name
- Your Email:
- Your login(username)@thecia.net
- Reply to Address
- Your login(username)@thecia.net, unless you have another account you want the
replies to go to. In the later case, fill in the address you wish replies to go to.
- Your Organization:
- The name of whatever business or organization you would like to have attached to your
mail.

- Signature file:
- A signature file is a short file that attaches to the end of every message you send. If
you write a signature file, hit the browse button here, and choose the file so the
computer knows the file's pathname. then it will be attached to all the messages you send.
