You will want to use Dial Up Networking to connect with The C.I.A.. Be sure that the "Yes (Recommended)" option is marked, and click Next.
Now your computer will install the files off the disks, please be patient and change disks at the prompts.

The CIA Install Wizard

Now, the files have been installed into:
"C:\ProgramFiles\Netscape\Navigator"
If you open the Navigator directory, you should see something similar to this. Double click on CIA Account Setup Wizard.
The next three boxes are simply to be read. No information needs to be entered in them. They are as follows:
  1. Account Wizard main window. Click Next.
  2. The Second window reminds you to have these items handy:
    Account Information
    The Confirmation sheet that you received with you disks contains everything you'll need.
    Modem Information
    The Make and Model of your modem.
    Dialing Information
    The local access number in your area, also on the Confirmation sheet.

    Click Next

  3. The third window merely mentions the specifics of the information above. Click Next.
