Now the Account Setup Wizard wants some basic information.
If you have call waiting, check the box to turn it of with "*70".
Make sure you set the Wizard to get an outside line here also.
Finally make sure that the tone/pulse checks are marked according to the one you use to dial out.

Click Next.
