Faithful Reader,

The next bit of the scieno's empty drama will be played
out April 7th, at 10:30 am in Judge Whyte's courtroom in San
Jose, California.

It's called, in Federal Court, a "Case Management Meeting".
Arrangements are made regarding tentative schedulling and what
each side will require of the other.  Since a Federal Court deals
to a great degree in "resolution" of conflict, cases are as often
resolved by mediation, as by "the dispensing of justice".

So ... anyone in the courtroom that morning is likely to hear 
lawyers arguing and judge Whyte dispensing justice to the 
scienos.

If you go, tell me what happened.  I'm gonna pass on this one, 
myownself.
