Complete Internet Access subscribers can choose from several different payment plans.
These plans vary according to how you want to connect to the CIA Network, and how much
time you plan to spend with us each month.
Below we explain each subscription option. We also list the parts of our system that
have additional costs (surcharged services), and explain how you can pay.
Our plans depend on how you want to connect to the CIA Network. We have many local telephone numbers, and allow
connections from other sites.
* The Unlimited Shell may be purchased for only
10.00 per month when also using a PPP plan.. That's an additional $5.00 savings on your
Internet Access.
Single Usage CIA accounts include the following at no additional charge:
- 5Mb User Storage/Web space (http://www.thecia.net/users/yourusername)
- Local Dialup Access with no additional charges.
- Full technical support with installation diskettes
- 1 Email address
- Discounts to many of our business customers
Single User Plan
$14.95/month
The Starter Plan gives you an easy and inexpensive way to reach the CIA and the
Internet. For only $14.95 a month ($11.95 when pre-paying for 6 or 12 months). It's a great
way to get started on the Internet! (Available to users calling one of our local access numbers.)
Family/Business Unlimited Plan
$18.95/month gives you unlimited access! The
Family/Business Plan gives you 2 User ID's, 3 additional E-mail Addresses, 20 Megs Of Web Space.
All plans have a $20.00 activation fee unless otherwise
stated/noted/advertised by TheCIA.

Payment Options
The Complete Internet Access, Inc. Network Subscription Payment:
- All of our account billing is done via credit card.
- Users can have their cards billed monthly (on the anniversary date of their initial
subscription) with their usage charges.
- All accounts de-activated for non payment require payment in advance for future billing
and a $5.00 reconnection fee.
